Barbara Ward

Often times in our busy lives, we yearn for the simpler times. When we went to our parents, or grandparents' homes, when we rounded the corner and saw their farm or house, we knew they were waiting for us. It was a simpler time, a day filled with love, fun, adventures, treats and a lot of good positive energy. This painting reminds me of my time growing up in the rural life of southern Alberta Canada.
